Thanks guys. Always appreciate your kind words of encouragement!
Al - the parts are NOT pre-drilled but they do have little indentations to help guide the bits, even the smallest electrical connectors. However the resin that Top Studio uses drills very easily.
The Tamiya kit has some of their typical vinyl tubing but the Top Studio set has EVERYTHING - various diameter wires, clear tubing, small shrink tubing, solder, etc. These kits are pretty well full of little detail items.
The instructions actually have a 1:1, 1/12th scale "pattern" to help guide the length and placement of the harness, as well as all of the wiring "branches".
You can download the "2006 Ninja ZX-RR Super Detail-Up Set" instruction manual from their site to see how they put it all together:

Well, I did some more work on the Ninja bike this weekend, so here's the latest update(s):
Most of the electrical wiring is now on place. There's still a few "stragglers" but they'll find a home soon!:
I've also gotten started on the Tamiya detail set for the front forks. The metal tubes look SO much better than I could get the plastic parts to look! :
The radiator also had some details added from the Top Studio set:
I'm not sure I'm happy with the way the exhaust weathering turned out. But hey..... it's all sealed now! The header sensor plugs are resin details from the TS set. They're next to be wired into the electrical sysyem.
Finally, a look at the exhaust/mufflers and radiator in place.....:

Looks awesome Dave. Those detail sets seem to be well thought out. They sure add that perfect look we all go for. _________________ Racecar spelled backwards is still racecaR. |

I'll tell you what, Buck..... These "Top Studio" super-detail sets are extremely well thought out. The guy definitely does his research and you can tell he loves these bikes.
The only downside is, even though the manuals have very detailed photos to follow along with, there are NO written instructions to aid in the placement of all those parts! So I spend literally hours going over the photos so that I can figure out where everything goes!

Thanks, Max! A friend of mine tells me if I keep on doing these 1/12 MotoGP kits I'll have to change my nickname to "BikeModDave"!
I've done a bit more work this evening but it's late and I'm not in a picture-taking mood. Hopefully I'll have a weekend update.......... _________________ "Goodness Gracious not many people care

Hopefully this will be the last OTB pics for this bike. I've got 99% of the wiring done.....:
.....and the air box and rear seat back have received some 1/12 Scalemotorsport High-Def CF decals and a couple coats of Future:
Here's the body "tins" sprayed with the special "Limited Edition" correct Kawasaki green Tamiya , almost ready to apply those decals:
Finally, a couple of pre-final-assembly pics:
I hope to finish it up soon, so look for the NMA in a few days! _________________ "Goodness Gracious not many people care
