Well, I FINALLY got 'er done. And just in time, too. The Tampa show is next weekend (Oct. 11-12).
Most of the "particulars" can be found in the OTB thread:

Thanks for following along as it took shape, so now I'll just get to the pics!
Lots more "Helldorado" pics are on Photobucket:

Well guys, the Tampa show ended today and the "Helldorado" walked away with the "Fins & Flames" theme award!
This was a "Popular Vote" class and it seems folks really liked the Caddy as it garnered nearly 90% of the 500 ballots handed out! I was shocked it was so popular. I'll take a pic of the award and add it here sometime tomorrow.
This was by far the best show held at the NSRA Southeast Nationals in Tampa. And most of the "named" builders from around Florida - the ones who are regularly featured in SA and MCM - were here for this weekend's show. Guys like David Thibodeau, Dirk Joseph amd Wayne Stevens, Jr. were all in attendance. Great guys, one and all.
UNFORTUNATELY, I neglected to bring my camera. But I know some of the guys have plenty of pics. I'll post links to show photo albums if they post them.
And Clay, I was hoping you'd be able to make it but maybe we'll get a chance to meet at a future show! _________________ "Goodness Gracious not many people care
